I am excited to share our 2022 One San Pedro Annual Report. Our work is propelled by a community vision that addresses decades of disinvestment. This level of transformative change is gradual. Despite restlessness and concerns that have arisen, we remain grounded because we have built a critical foundation based on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision. We ended 2022 filled with hope because we know hope has brought us to this point – and it will take hope to move us forward.
Of note in this year’s report:
- The OSP team received a $10 million funding award from Dignity Health
- HACLA with partners LACI and Pedal Movement launched an E-Bike program
- The development team took site control of a project at 327 Harbor
As you read the pages of this annual report, know that we remain inspired by the excitement that initiated our work in 2018. With the same level of commitment and optimism, Team OSP will continue to shape a foundation that defines what it means to build a better San Pedro for everyone.
