It takes a village to reimagine Rancho San Pedro

Orchestrated by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, One San Pedro is being developed through extensive collaboration between the principal developers, community partners, local stakeholders and residents, consultants, and public agencies to craft a collaborative vision for the future of Rancho San Pedro and the surrounding community.

The One San Pedro Collaborative

The One San Pedro Collaborative is comprised of the Richman Group, Century Housing Corporation, and National CORE. The Collaborative was selected in 2018 by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to serve as the master developer for the revitalization of the Rancho San Pedro housing site. By harnessing the collective expertise, experience, and passion of residents, stakeholders, community partners, and agencies, the Collaborative seeks to create and implement a shared vision of community development that benefits Rancho San Pedro residents and the larger San Pedro community.
