It is with great pleasure that we share with you our 2021 One San Pedro Annual Report. At the end of 2020, we looked forward to a year with fewer COVID-19 restrictions and a sense of “normal.” Starting 2021 with the highest COVID-19 cases since the start of the pandemic was a challenge. The One San Pedro team and partners worked together to connect people and resources. As the year went on, we found more ways to interact with the San Pedro Community. Our OSP Alliance initiated the use of an online platform to stay connected and share more. The Resident Advisory Council (RAC) continued to convene the Rancho San Pedro community via zoom, and the OSP team shared development updates at various community meetings. Our efforts in 2021 demonstrate the commitment of everyone who is involved in our work, and on behalf of One San Pedro, I would like to say Thank You!
Of note in this year’s report:
- HACLA was successful at moving forward with the Early Action Activity- Harbor Boulevard Parklet
- The OSP team gathered over 200 residents for Backyard Briefings
- The OSP Inc. 501c3 application was submitted
In 2021, we redefined “normal” and faced challenges with creativity and optimism. We hope you will feel a sense of pride in reading all of the great milestones we reached; due to your continued support and commitment.
