| It is with great pleasure that we share with you our 2020 One San Pedro Annual Report. This is the inaugural edition of this report, and it highlights all of our initial work, which took place in spite of a global pandemic. Our vision for One San Pedro is a direct response to community input. We worked alongside Rancho San Pedro residents, community members, and other stakeholders to begin to address decades of disinvestment. Our goal is to improve the physical condition of the Rancho San Pedro community and increase housing stock and amenities for residents. The impact of our work will increase housing options, add open and green space, develop surrounding infrastructure, coordinate a system of social services, and provide ongoing opportunities for resident engagement. Although the physical work of One San Pedro has not begun, we are committed to establishing a visible presence, strengthening communication, and developing relationships with residents and our partners.
