After a yearlong process, One San Pedro developed a wellness fund with initial seed funding from the California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative (CACHI). The goal of the OSP Wellness Fund is to provide financial support to our OSP alliance to implement activities outlined in the OSP Transformation Plan. In collaboration with the Rancho San Pedro Resident Advisory Council and Community Coaches, we created a wellness fund application, reviewed and evaluated submissions, and selected the top two contenders. Beginning January 2026, Providence and Angels Gate Cultural Center will launch their programming on-site at Rancho San Pedro.
