The Transformation Plan is intended to map out a shared vision for reshaping Rancho San Pedro and the surrounding neighborhoods to improve the area\u2019s physical, social, and economic aspects.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After more than two years of concerted planning and\ncommunity engagement efforts, the final draft of the One San Pedro Choice\nNeighborhood Initiative [CNI] Transformation Plan has been submitted to the US Department\nof Housing and Urban Development. The plan includes three sections focused on\nHousing Development, Neighborhood Improvement, and increasing Human Capital.\nThe Transformation Plan is intended to map out a shared vision for reshaping\nRancho San Pedro and the surrounding neighborhoods to improve the area\u2019s physical,\nsocial, and economic aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an important milestone for the redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro, and its integration into the surrounding neighborhoods of Barton Hill, Downtown San Pedro, and the waterfront \u2013 but there is still much more to do as we shape the future of our community.
